This is a local initiative from the Netherlands that supports low-income households with simple insulating measures such as applying draft strips, foil for behind the radiators and other simple measures. In addition, they give advice on limiting energy consumption and reading an energy contract. They also provide information about other resources in the neighbourhood or city if necessary such as the energy helpdesk for migrants.
